4. Desert Safari: Cairo - Alexandria - Marsa Matrouh
- Siwa - Bahareyya (6 nights / 7 days)
- Day 1:
- Transfer from hotel in Cairo to Alexandria. Visit
the Monastries of Wadi El Natroun and meet Pope Shenouda of the
Coptic Church in the way. Visit the Pompeya Pillar and the Roman
Theatre upon arrival to Alexandria. Dinner and overnight at hotel
in Alexandria.
- Day 2:
- Breakfast. Visit Com El Shaqqafa, the Roman Museum,
and Amoud Al Sawary. Lunch. Drive to Marsa Matrouh and visit the
Cemetry of El Alamein in the way. Dinner and overnight.
- Day 3:
- Drive to Siwa Oasis. Visit the Temple of Amoun
and Hammamat Cleopatra. Dinner and overnight.
- Day 4:
- Visit the Tomb of Alexander The Great, the Old
Siwa, and the Mountain of Death. Dinner and overnight.
- Day 5:
- Drive to the Bahareyya Oasis. Lunch. Drive to
the English House Sunset on the highest level of the oasis. Visit
the Market of Bahareyya. Dinner and overnight at the International
Health Center.
- Day 6:
- Visit Banauti, Qasr Sleem, and the Museum of
the Golden Mummies. Drive to the White Desert, and see the Black
Desert and the Crystal Mountain in the way. Overnight at the International
Health Center.
